On June 6th, 1944, 6,900 vessels (including 4.100 landing craft), 12,000 aircraft, carrying 326,547 troops, 54,186 vehicles and 104,428 tons of supplies, hit the shores of Normandy, in a successful attempt to regain France during World War II. Still today considered one of the largest military assaults in the world. Our Guns of Normandy field is where we get ot reinact this battle with a lot of fun to be had by all, as you get to fight your way up the shores, and onto the hills behind them.
