HCTA (Homeland Counter Terror Agency)

Originally The Chaos Faction were just a little known blip on the social agenda, but now they’ve got our attention. Their recent acts involving weapons and military style strikes, lead us to believe that we’ve greatly under-estimated them.

At first, the US Army National Guard would be called in as response units, but reacting to a force lie this, is of no use. They’ve already removed their operations from the areas, months before their tactics are deployed. This is now a matter of Homeland Security.

The National Guard, and the Homeland Security teams were way too overwhelmed in their efforts against the Chaos Faction, so we’ve brought in a new force. This new force is made up of some of our nations best. We’ve pulled in some of the best intelligence agents from the CIA. The FBI have dedicated agents that have been planted and report directly of any suspicious activities at their crime scenes. We’ve pulled some of the nations finest military members from the Navy SEALS, Delta, US Army Rangers, SOCOM, MARSOC, and Marine Force RECON. We’re pulling out of Afghanistan, because the fight starts at home now.

This team of highly trained agents are finding their jobs very hard cut-out to do, considering they have no training course, or even tactics to deploy in order to find these people. The Chaos Faction is made up of civilians, many of which have sworn an oath to secrecy. IT’s not known how many of them there are, where they met, if at all, or how they communicate. So far, we’re writing the book as we go here.

The Chaos Faction must be stopped, and fast. Our huge problem dealing with the Chaos Faction, is if the act of terror is believed in by a majority, is it an act of terror to act against it? Could the Chaos Faction turn Chaos into the majority, and overthrow society as we know it? Only they know their goals. So far we’re at a loss. We can only hope they don’t outgrow us.

THE CHAOS FACTION

It was a long time ago that Manny Garcia first had unique thoughts towards the world around him. He was 9 years old when he first asked the question,”Why does ANYONE have to be in charge?” Whilst many of us could be forgiven for such a thought ourselves, few of us dwell on it until it manifests itself until becoming a true sentiment, or a belief that defines us.

It wasn’t until 26 years old, that Manny Garcia first got a taste of how things could work out for him, if things went a different way. Working at a factory in Michigan, he personally led a walk-out of all employees during the busiest time of the year for production. It wasn’t a strike. He had realized just how terrible the wages and conditions were, and had persuaded everybody to go and get something better for themselves. At his signal, they simply all walked out. That factory instantly closed down, and the company that owned it went bankrupt upon hearing not only of the unrest, but of course the complete stop brought to production led to no more product. The purity of the notion that organization, even in its purest form, can be brought to a complete standstill at any given time by nothing more than an idea, and a desire for more for ones-self.

He quickly began a blog, searching chatrooms, and then came the ultimate way to find like-minded people, Facebook.
Manny isn’t stupid at all. His underground network has spread to the point where we no longer know where they are, what they’re doing, or when they might strike. In fact, so little is known about Manny’s organization, we’re not even sure if any matter of unrest is caused by them, or not.

The organization of the Chaos Faction is now astonishing. To say it’s out of control, would be an understatement. They now have the capability of military style strikes and defensive organization. They’re deploying tactics, and have their own online computer network, operating through other legitimate secure servers used by other above-board organizations. They don’t use code, or known encryption devices. The problem is, we not only can’t pin-point the origin, they appear to be everyone, and everywhere.
Recently acts of a terrorist nature, and digital security infiltrations have been on the increase, although the origins of the hacks, or the military style strikes, are completely unknown.

To Summarize, The Chaos Faction is a highly organized, indeterminable of size or origin, with overwhelming ability to strike wherever least expected. They’re armed, trained, and definitely motivated. Our only problem is how do we stop them?

OPERATION: CHAOS THEORY

BACKGROUND INTEL

During early 2011, an unknown number of American civilians joined forces in an underground society known as the Chaos Faction. At first it seemed only to be an internet group of people unhappy with the unrest in society. This, however spread throughout an online gaming community, and began to grow into a group of protesters. This, in turn led towards underground marketing and an increased desire to ‘make a difference’. The occupy movement, not held or staged by the Chaos Faction but purely suggested and spread as an idea of implication, led them to understand that they could grow even further. They consider themselves the 99%, an overwhelming majority of people claiming to be able to take back what is theirs. They believe people should be able to control their own situations and scenarios, and that complete chaos is the only solution for their cause, leading to the downfall of the government, only to replace it with a new form of self-governance within society. They believe one hundred percent, the only way to start from scratch with chaos anew.

By now, they have members within all law enforcement groups, within the United States military branches, and also are believed to have members within congress, federal agencies, as well as the local and state politicians, and law enforcement. The thought that we, as a defending nation, could be helpless against an internal threat of such magnitude, is an increasingly popular one amongst many people, as well as the agencies sworn to protect us from such.

The Chaos Faction is the enemy within, or the friend we never had, it just depends on your allegiance or your viewpoint. All we know so far is that nobody is above suspicion, not one stone can be left unturned, and not one corner cannot be covered, in our search to remove this threat, before it removes us.

Okay, so seeing as how the Kunena forum had a conflict with Mootools, and it made it super hard for you to edit your profile, create accounts, etc, I went ahaed and surged forwards with one of my future plans for the site, adn added a social network to it. Now you can add your own profiles, upload photos, videos, and much more. You can put up a status update on there, as well as message anyone on the site.

Major improvements all round.
